Previously, Vai was a Principal at HarbourVest Partners in London, and a Product Specialist at HSBC Alternative Investments Ltd. prior to that. Vai worked in Geneva, New York, and Singapore before moving to London, and has focused on the research, selection, structuring, and distribution of private market investment opportunities to Family Offices and Private Banks since 2007.
Vai holds a Master of Science degree from Imperial College London (UK), a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College (NH, USA), and is a CFA Charterholder.

Sener Arslan joined QPLIX last year as Director Switzerland, where he is in charge of sales activities on the Swiss market. His focus is on asset managers, family offices and banks. Sener holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He began his career as an investment manager at UBS. After a stint in management consulting and founding his own company as an independent asset manager, he took over responsibility for business development and global sales at Expersoft. Prior to joining QPLIX, Sener was Group COO of Taurus Wealth Group in Singapore, Dubai and Switzerland.

Based in Paris, Gonzague de La Tournelle began his career in digital media at AOL France, then launched a mobile ad network at Nokia, which he later spun off into Madvertise, a company listed on the French stock market in 2012 with $20M in revenue and teams across France, Germany, and Italy. He exited the company in 2022.
He is a Partner at French accelerator 50 Partners and a founding affiliate of True Global Ventures (TGV4), a global tech equity fund focused on blockchain. He also launched several digital asset funds, including w3i, w3index, w3i Hardware, and Belem Capital.
An active startup mentor and investor in over 20 companies, Gonzague has been involved in crypto since 2017. He graduated from CESEM Reims and ICADE Madrid in 1999.
